CM Helpline citizens 1.5.1

The government of Madhya Pradesh has recently launched a mobile application designed for citizens to register their grievances and suggestions. This mobile app is integrated with the CMHELPLINE 181 portal of the Madhya Pradesh government, where users can also submit their grievances and suggestions via the web platform (cmhelpline.mp.gov.in). The mobile app offers a speedy and user-friendly interface for the registration and monitoring of grievances using mobile devices. Each grievance is assigned a unique reference number, which citizens can utilize to monitor the status of their submissions, send reminders, and provide feedback once resolutions are reached. Upon successful registration, the reference number is automatically directed to the relevant officer for resolution.
